• 4 x 55 minute face to face or telephone sessions per month
• Follow up email after each coaching session
• 5 minutes extra coaching each session
• Free 1½ hour strategy and review session (every 3 months)
• Unlimited emails

Growth
• 3 x 55 minute face to face or telephone sessions per month
• Follow up email after each coaching session
• 5 minutes extra coaching each session

Please Note:
• We prefer that all programs are entered into with a three month commitment.
• Payments are made one month in advance.
• Discount of 5% if 3 month period paid in advance.
• For the first three month session we strongly recommend the Discovery or Growth Package to ensure momentum and faster results.
